Charlie #2 has officially been adopted! As you can imagine, his foster family spent an immeasurable amount of time, effort and energy rehabilitating and caring for Charlie all throughout his journey through surgery and lengthy after care. So, it should come as no surprise that the bond that was forged over the last months, would lead to an official adoption. Charlie is now officially adopted by his foster family. He was in his forever home, all along!
